Don't forget about me!

We blessed Lexi the beginning of the month along with her cousin Tate. Clark has handled no longer being the only child great, but apparently he didn't want this weekend to be all about Lexi. Friday night we had a lot of fun at the ward swim party, but he woke up the next morning complaining that his tummy hurt (figured out later that he meant his chest). I set him up with a blanket and a bowl (just in case;) and he watched Cars (his favorite). He watched the movie while I fed Lexi and I noticed that he was wheezing so he did his inhaler. By about 11:30 he was really wheezy and I thought he might need more than I could do for him so we called the doctor and were told to come in. Kodi took Lexi to my Mom's (Barney was helping at the farm and then at work) and we headed out. We found out that Clark had pneumonia (in August!?!). And as if I wasn't stressing enough, we find out he may have to be in the hospital. Wonderful Dr. Freestone, who was oncall for our reg doc, did all he could to keep Clark at home. We saw him 3 times in less than 24 hours. After a very long night of waking Clark up every 3 hours for breathing treatment and meds, he was sounding much better. Sunday Alexis Mae and Tate James were both blessed. Barney and Jody each did a great job. Lexi looks grumpy in most of the pics, but she's actually a very smiley baby! It was fun to see all of our family and friends who came. We were especially glad to see Kristen and Ellie. Thanks for letting us use your dress Ellie. Thank you to Mom, Dad, sisters, brothers-in-law, & anyone else who helped watch Lexi so that she wasn't completely neglected all day while I took care of Clark and Barney had to be gone! You all are the reason that I didn't completely lose it (just partially;)!

Be so glad that you kept him out of the hospital....I had to do that with Bella for three days and it was horrific. Hope that everyone is back to normal.

And congrats to the sweet babies and their sweet families.
